摘要
分析了钢管内划道的原因及影响因素,并提出了解决方法:改善除氧化剂的润滑效果,增大芯棒和毛管内壁间隙量,优化连轧孔型参数。试验结果表明:这些方法能有效地降低钢管内划道,使气瓶管的一次合格率提高到了97.65%,成材率提高3.15%以上。
This paper analyzes the causes and influencing factors of internal scratches of steel pipe,and puts forward the method of solve the problem:improving the lubrication effect of the oxidizing agent,increase the clearance of the core rod and the capillary tube,optimize the rolling pass parameters.The experimental results show that these methods can effectively reduce internal scratches of the pipe,the first pass rate for gas cylinder steel pipe increased to 97.65%,and the yield of finished materials increased by more than 3.15%.
