摘要
介绍了中冶京诚新型炉体冷却结构在山西建龙6号高炉上的使用情况,该技术有效解决了炉腹、炉腰冷却壁易损坏的问题。该新型冷却结构与铸铁冷却壁相比,其冷却强度更大,更容易形成保护渣皮;与铜冷却壁相比,其特殊的组合结构使形成的渣皮更加牢固稳定,并且降低了投资。中冶京诚新型炉体冷却结构对于延长高炉本体寿命效果显著,应用前景广阔。
This paper introduces the application of the CERI cooling structure in Shanxi Jianlong No.6 blast furnace.The technology solves the problem that the cooling staves of bosh and belly are easy to be damaged.Compared with the cast iron cooling stave,the CERI cooling structure is easier to form the protective slag skin because of higher cooling intensity.Compared with the copper cooling stave,the special combined structure makes the protective slag skin more stable and firm,and has the less investment.The CERI cooling structure has a significant effect on increase the life of BF proper and has a broad application prospect.
