摘要 为降低精炼工序综合能耗和电极消耗,唐山不锈钢有限责任公司集成转炉工序、精炼工序、调度系统、钢包系统,通过现场调查分析,找到了精炼能耗的主要影响环节,有针对性的采用了提高转炉终点温度命中率、提高钢包加盖率、提高转炉直接出钢比例、优化真空浸渍电极使用方法、优化生产组织等措施,显著降低了精炼工序电极消耗、电耗等综合能耗,为钢铁企业降本增效指明方向。 In order to reduce the comprehensive energy consumption and electrode consumption of refining process,Tangshan Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.integrates converter process,refining process,dispatching system,ladle system,gets the main influence link of refining energy consumption through on site investigation and analysis,purposefully adopting measures such as increases the hit rate of converter terminal temperature,ladle capping rate,converter direct tapping ratio,at the same time optimizes the use method of vacuum impregnate electrode and production organization etc.The method and direction for reducing cost and increasing efficiency of steel enterprises were pointed out.
