摘要
本文采用粉末冶金法制备了 SiCw/2024Al 复合材料,并对其性能及微观结构进行了研究。试验表明:这类复合材料具有可设计性,通过改变 SiC 晶须的加入量可获得不同的力学和物理性能。这类复合材料具有良好的高、低温性能及热稳定性。在 SiC 晶须的界面处存在θ(Al_2Cu)沉淀相的析出。
The properties and microstructure of SiCw/2024Al composite fabricated bypowder metallurgy technique were investigated.It is indicated that the properties of the compo-site can be tailor-made.Various mechanical and physical properties are obtained by adjustingSiC whisker content.The composite exhibits excellent elevated temperature and cryogenic prop-erties,and thermal stability.The phase of θ(Al_2Cu)precipitates at the interface between SiCwhisker and matrix,which may be unfavourable for mechanical properties.
