农家书屋建设的观念固化之疴

The Concept Solidification in the Building of the Farmhouse Reading-room

遵循“观念先行”的逻辑理路,通过对农家书屋建设和发展中存在的问题进行梳理,从“书屋”概念理解、“书屋”价值认知、“阅读”概念理解、服务模式、管理员队伍建设思路和管理体制等影响农家书屋运行实效的几个基本观念的固化认知的角度探寻农家书屋建设困境之源,以期对农家书屋的建设和发展有所启示。

Following the logic of“concept first”,this paper sorts out the problems existing in the construction and development of the farmhouse reading-room,and then explores the source of the difficulties in the building of the farmhouse reading-room from perspectives of the solidification of several basic concepts that impacted on its actual effects such as the understanding of the concept and the value cognition of“reading-room”,the understanding of the concept of“reading”,service mode,the construction of administrator team and the management system,so as to give some enlightenments to the building and development of the farmhouse reading-room.
