摘要
师资队伍建设是“双一流”建设的核心课题和根本保障。通过对C9高校“双一流”建设2018年度进展报告文本的分析,发现C9高校师资队伍建设具有共性特征。基于共性特征的梳理导向,归纳出C9高校师资队伍建设的校际经验:树立师资引育的可持续发展理念为引导,构建“多元柔性”的评价体系为引领,建立以人为本的管理机制为保障及创设自由和谐的环境氛围为支撑。
The construction of teaching staff is the core task and fundamental guarantee of“Double First-class”construction.After the analysis of the“Double First-class”construction progress report 2018 of C9 league,it is found that construction of teaching staff in C9 league shares certain features.Based on the common features,intercollegiate experience in constructing teaching staff in C9 league can be summarized as follows:setting up the concept of sustainable development of teacher education,constructing the evaluation system of“multiple flexibility”,and establishing a humanistic management mechanism to guarantee and create a free and harmonious environment.
