With the continuous development of the economy,people’s living standards are constantly improving,and their dietary requirements are getting higher and higher,from full to good to happy to eat,the taste and appearance of the diet more and more attention.Meals and dishes are the titles of European and American countries.They are mainly developed western countries.They pay more attention to the decoration of their meals.They are accustomed to decorate their meals with a variety of auxiliary materials.In the past 20~30years,because of its unique decorative arts,it has been sought after by consumers and Chinese chefs.Chinese chefs have also continued to innovate in the process of learning Western dishes.The following section discusses and analyzes the decoration methods and characteristics of Western dishes,and hopes to provide guidance on innovative changes to Chinese food decorations to promote the development of related industries.
