摘要
以无花果为原料,利用亚临界萃取技术,以正丁烷为溶剂浸出无花果油。试验结果表明,亚临界萃取无花果油的最佳工艺条件为萃取温度45℃、萃取时间55 min、萃取次数4次、料液比1:2,在此条件下,无花果油萃取率为94.46%。
Taking extract Ficus carica Linn.as raw material,subcritical fluid extraction technology is used to extract Ficus carica Linn oil from petroleum ether as solvent.The results showed that the optimum extraction process is the extraction temperature 45℃,the extraction time 55 min,the extraction times 4,and the ratio of solid to liquid 1:2.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of Ficus carica Linn oil was 95.46%.
