摘要 随着经济社会的持续快速发展,人民群众生活水平日益提高,对食品安全与质量提出了更高的要求,如何有效运用生物技术实施食品检验,成为当今社会共同关注的焦点课题之一。基于此,本文首先介绍了现代生物技术的起源及其重要性,分析了食品检验中常用的生物检测技术,并结合相关实践经验,分别从检验有害微生物、检验食品成分与品质等多个角度,深入探讨了食品检验中现代生物技术的应用,希望对相关工作的开展有所裨益。 With the continuous and rapid development of economy and society,people’s living standards are improving day by day,food safety and quality has been put forwar higher requirements,how to effectively use biotechnology to implement food inspection has become one of the focus issues of today’s society.Based on this,this paper firstly introduces the origin of modern biological technology and its importance,and analyzes the common biological detection technology in food inspection,and combining the related practice experience,respectively from inspection harmful microorganisms,food ingredients and various angles and aspects,such as quality,discussed the application of modern biological technology in food inspection,hope help to related work.
