摘要
近年来,食品安全问题不断困扰人民的生活,食品检验作为食品安全的重要保障,受到国家的重视。本文阐述了食品检验对食品安全的重要意义,分析了当前食品检验工作中存在的问题,并提出了改进措施,为食品检验相关工作人员提供参考。
In recent years,food safety problems continue to perplex people’s lives.Food inspection as an important guarantee of food safety,it has received the attention of the country.This paper expounds the importance of food inspection for food safety,analyzes the existing problems in the current food inspection work,and puts forward the improvement measures,to provide reference for food inspection related staff.
