摘要 随着我国经济的不断发展,人们的生活质量及生活水平也不断提高。人们越来越重视食品安全问题,使食品安全检测成为重中之重。食品安全检测离不开检测实验室,同时食品检测实验室的管理水平也将直接影响食品检测的质量,但由于检测系统以及食品检测实验室风险管理存在缺陷,影响了食品检测质量。本文对食品检测实验室的风险管理意义、主要风险进行分析,并提出相应的解决策略,为食品检测实验室风险管理提供相应的参考依据。 With the continuous development of China’s economy,people’s quality of life and living standards have also continuously improved.People pay more and more attention to food safety issues,making food safety testing a top priority.Food safety testing cannot be separated from the testing laboratory.At the same time,the management level of the food testing laboratory will directly affect the quality of food testing.However,there are defects in the risk management of the testing system and the food testing laboratory,which affect the quality of food testing.Therefore,this paper analyzes the significance and main risks of risk management in food testing laboratories,and puts forward corresponding solutions to provide relevant reference for risk management in food testing laboratories.
