摘要
高校食堂是高校一个特殊的后勤服务机构,对保障学生身体健康有重要作用。在教育改革的新时期,高校要从广大师生的利益出发,加强对食品卫生的监督与管理,以助力高校食品健康安全。本文分析了高校食品安全的现状及发展趋势,在此基础上从卫生监督体系和卫生监督制度构建上进行对策探究。
As a logistics service organization in university,campus canteen plays an important role in protecting students’health.In the period of education reformation,universities strengthen the supervision and management of food hygiene to help campus food safety from the interests of teachers and students.On the basis of analyzing the status and development trends of campus food safety,this paper conducts the research on countermeasure from the building of health supervision system and institution.
