摘要
安康市有着相当悠久的茶叶种植历史,富硒茶产业是其传统优势产业。采集源自紫阳县、平利县和汉滨区的9个绿茶和红茶样品,对茶叶中的硒含量进行测定和分析。结果表明,安康绿茶和红茶样品中的硒含量均达到了富硒茶标准,且多数茶叶样品的硒含量处在较高水平。
Tea planting in Ankang has a long history,and the selenium-rich tea industry is its traditional advantage.Nine tea samples,including green tea and black tea,were collected from Ziyang County,Pingli County and Hanbin District.Then,the selenium content of the samples were determined.The results showed that the selenium content in all of the tea samples were more than the standard of selenium-rich tea,and most tea samples were at a high level.
