中国主要酿酒葡萄产区环境条件与栽培方式比较分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高酿酒葡萄的品质和促进酿酒葡萄产业的发展,本文对我国9个酿酒葡萄主产区的土壤、气候、栽培品种和栽植方式进行总结与比较.结果表明:我国酿酒葡萄产区土壤类型多样,且主要为砂质壤土和灰钙土,其pH值多数呈碱性;9个葡萄主产区的年活动积温均在2300℃以上,西部产区的年降雨量平均在200 mm左右,冬季需要埋土防寒;大部分产区的主栽品种为赤霞珠、梅鹿辄和霞多丽等几个欧亚种品种,栽培模式基本相似;我国主要酿酒葡萄产区基本在降雨量较少、光照充足的西北或西南地区. In order to improve the quality of wine grape and promote the development of wine grape industry,this paper summarizes and compares the soil types,climate,cultivars and cultivation systems of nine main wine grape producing areas in China.The main results showed that there were various soil types in wine grape producing areas in China,but the main soil types are sandy loam and lime-calcareous soil,and their pH values are mostly alkaline.The annual active accumulated temperature of the nine main grape producing areas are all above 2300℃,the annual average rainfall in the western production areas are about 200 mm,and they all need to be buried in winter to prevent cold.The grape varieties in most regions are Cabernet Sauvignon,Merlot and Chardonnay,and their cultivation systems are basically similar.So,the main wine grape producing areas in China are mainly located in the northwest or southwest areas with less rainfall and sufficient sunshine,and their cultivars and cultivation systems are basically similar.
