Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant bovine basic fibrin cytokine under different conditions in children with foreskin surgery. Methods A total of 98 children with circumcision admitted to our hospital from January 20 to January 2019 were enrolled.49 children with inflammatory mediators were included in the observation group, and 49 patients with non-inflammatory mediators were included. In the control group, the incision was made by recombinant bovine basic fibrin cytokine after operation, and the degree of scar flatness, time of incision healing and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results The scar flatness rate of the control group(93.88%)was higher than that of the observation group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision healing time of the control group(5.11±0.43)d and the postoperative 1d VAS score(1.69±0.22)was lower in the observation group[(6.95±0.41)d,(2.82±0.26)d],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in the absence of inflammatory mediators in children with foreskin can promote the healing of wounds and fresh wounds. It can separate the membrane from the outside, shorten the course of treatment, calm and repair scars, and safety.High and feasible.
