华北平原中部典型区地下水控制水位划定方法对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 对于最严格水资源管理制度的实施,地下水控制水位的划定显得尤为重要。首先论述了从法律法规和宏观政策上划定红线水位的必要性,提出了划定红线水位的意义,其次介绍了研究区的概况、水文地质条件,在此基础上,说明了地下水控制水位的指标分类,分别论述了地下水红线上限水位和地下水红线下限水位的划定方法,最后针对研究区对各种划定方法做了简单应用,说明了各种划定方法的应用条件,通过各种划定方法在华北平原中部典型区的应用对比,结果表明,历史资料法和含水层厚度法更适用于典型区,且含水层厚度法确定的地下水红线下限埋深普遍较大,反映出历史资料法更加偏于保守。可为区域地下水资源的人工调蓄和最严格水资源管理提供依据。 For the implementation of the most stringent water management system,the delineation of groundwater control level is particularly important. This paper first discusses the necessity from the laws and regulations and macroeconomic policy designated red level,put forward the significance level designated red,then introduces the general situation of the study area,the hydrogeological conditions,on this basis,the index classification of groundwater water level control,discusses the delineation of groundwater level and groundwater red red cap limit water level the method,finally in the research area on the delineation of the various methods to do the simple application,the application conditions of the delineation of the various methods,through various defined methods of application and comparison in the North China Plain,the middle district showed that the historical data and the aquifer thickness method is more suitable for the typical area,groundwater and aquifer thickness limit line method the depth is generally larger,reflecting the historical data are more conservative. Can provide the basis for regional groundwater resources by artificial regulation and the most strict water resources management.
