融雪剂对沥青三大指标和微观老化性能的影响

摘要 选取了NaCl、CaCl 2和CH 3COOK三种融雪剂,分别以1%、2%、3%、4%的掺量加到基质沥青和SBS改性沥青中,制备成沥青试样,通过延度、软化点、针入度和傅里叶红外光谱试验,分析了加入三种融雪剂后两种沥青的高温性能、低温性能及红外光谱。结果表明:融雪剂对两种沥青的影响程度不同,基质沥青的高温性能有所提高,SBS改性沥青的高温性能有所降低;两种沥青在融雪剂的影响下低温性能都降低,但通过计算老化后的羰基指数,发现融雪剂提高了沥青的抗老化性能。 Three kinds of snow melting agents,NaCl,CaCl 2 and CH 3COOK,are selected to prepare asphalt samples by adding 1%,2%,3%and 4%of mixing amount to matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt respectively.The high temperature performance,low temperature performance and infrared spectrum of the two kinds of asphalts after adding three kinds of snow melting agents are analyzed by the tests of ductility,softening point,needle penetration and Fourier infrared spectrum.The results show that:the effect degree of snow melting agent on two kinds of asphalts is different,the high temperature performance of matrix asphalt is improved and that of SBS modified asphalt is reduced,and the low temperature performance of two kinds of asphalts under the effect of snow melting agent is reduced.But it is discovered that the snow melting agent can improve the anti-aging performance of asphalt through the calculation of carbonyl indexes after aging.
