保心合剂对缺血性心肌病心衰患者心功能及心肌微循环指标的影响

Effect of Baoxin mixture on indexes of cardiac function and myocardial microcirculation of patient with ischemic cardiomyopathy-induced heart failure

目的:观察保心合剂对气虚血瘀型缺血性心肌病心衰患者心功能及心肌微循环指标的影响。方法:选择100例缺血性心肌病心衰患者,随机分为两组各50例,对照组予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用保心合剂,共治疗12天。观察治疗前后两组患者中医证候积分;心功能指标(NT-proBNP、LVEF、6 min步行距离);心肌微循环指标。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组中医证候积分明显降低;心功能指标(NT-proBNP、LVEF、6 min步行距离)及心肌微循环指标明显改善。结论:西医常规治疗联合保心合剂能明显改善缺血性心肌病心衰患者心功能,改善心肌微循环,提高患者生活质量,减少再住院率。

Objective:To observe the effect of Baoxin mixture on indexes of cardiac function and myocardial microcirculation of patient with ischemic cardiomyopathy-induced heart failure.Methods:100 cases of selected patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy-induced heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Baoxin mixture on the basis of control group,and the course of treatment was 12 days.TCM symptom score and indexes of cardiac function(NT-proBNP,LVEF,6-minute walk test)and myocardial microcirculation of patients were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with control group,TCM symptom score of treatment group was reduced significantly.The indexes of cardiac function(NT-proBNP,LVEF,6-minute walk test)and myocardial microcirculation were improved significantly.Conclusion:In treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathyinduced heart failure,the conventional western medicine combined with Baoxin mixture can significantly improve the cardiac function and myocardial microcirculation of patient,enhance the life-quality of patients and reduce the rehospitalization rate.
