中西医结合治疗慢性肝炎疗效观察

Efficacy observation of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic hepatitis

目的:观察柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减联合西药治疗慢性肝炎患者的临床效果。方法:选取120例慢性肝炎患者分为对照组、治疗组各60例,对照组常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗,连续治疗6个月,比较两组疗效。结果:两组治疗前肝功能指标水平相当,治疗后与对照组比较,治疗组ALT、AST、γ-GT水平均显著下降(P﹤0.05)。治疗前两组T细胞亚群水平基本持平,治疗后与对照组比较,治疗组CD8^+水平显著降低,CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平显著提升,两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:慢性肝炎患者给予柴胡桂枝干姜汤联合西药治疗,患者淋巴细胞相关指标得到明显改善,肝功能指标明显恢复。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction on chronic hepatitis.Methods:120 cases of selected patients with chronic hepatitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the treatment group was treated with moified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction,continuously for 6 months.The effects of two groups were compared.Results:The levels of liver function indexes in two groups were similar before treatment.Compared with control group after treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,andγ-GT in treatment group decreased significantly(P﹤0.05).The levels of T cell subsets in two groups were basically same before treatment.Compared with control group after treatment,the level of CD8^+in treatment group was significantly decreased,and the levels of CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+were significantly increased,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The patients with chronic hepatitis are treated with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction.The related indexes of lymphocyte of patients are significantly improved,and the indexes of liver function are significantly recovered.
