摘要
基于深圳电网北环高压架空线改造入地电缆隧道工程,针对工期压力及安全风险,将敞开式顶管改为扩径改造后的泥水平衡顶管,从主驱动和刀盘扩径方面分析改造可行性。考虑已成型隧道内径,将顶管大部件拆解成小部件,通过吊机用隧道平板车运至扩挖改造区,在隧洞内完成组装后运转调试验收。创建顶管法隧道由敞开式转换为泥水平衡式接续顶进技术,充分利用原有设备,降低工程成本,满足现场施工需求,为同类工程提供参考。
Based on the project of transforming the high voltage overhead line into the ground cable tunnel in the North Ring of Shenzhen Power Grid,aiming at the pressure of construction period&safety risk,the opentyped pipe jacking is changed into the slurrybalanced pipe jacking after the expansion,and the feasibility of the transformation is analyzed from the aspects of main drive&cutter head expansion.Considering the inner diameter of the formed tunnel,the large parts of the pipe jacking are disassembled into small parts,which are transported to the expansion&reconstruction area by the crane with the tunnel flat car,and the operation&commissioning acceptance are completed after the assembly in the tunnel.To create a pipe jacking method tunnel from the open-typed to the slurry-balanced continuous jacking technology,it has made full use of the original equipment,reduced the project cost,and met the needs of on-site construction;which may provide references for similar projects.
