义乌中小跨境电商企业供应链绩效评价体系研究

Research on the Supply Chain Performance Evaluation System of Small and Medium Cross-Border E-Commerce Enterprises in Yiwu

以义乌中小跨境电商企业为例,通过分析影响中小跨境电商企业供应链绩效的影响因素,选取市场、客户、财务、运营过程和成长能力5个一级指标以及17个二级指标,建立了评价指标体系。并通过层次分析法,确定各项指标的权重,最终构建了适合中小跨境电商企业的绩效评价模型,并进行应用评价。

Taking small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Yiwu as an example,a supply chain performance evaluation system is constructed to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises.By analyzing the influencing factors that affect the supply chain performance of small and medium-sized crossborder e-commerce enterprises,summarized into five first-level indicators of market,customer,finance,operating processes and growth capabilities,and 17 second-level indicators,then establishe an evaluation index system.Alao,determine weights of various indicators through AHP and finally build a performance evaluation model suitable for small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
