高职国际邮轮乘务管理专业人才培养建议——基于邮轮乘务人员离职现状及影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 邮轮旅游服务人员的高离职率一直是困扰企业管理者的难题之一,而作为培养行业专业人才的高校,降低学生离职率、提高学生就业稳定性也是发展专业的重要指标。为了解高职院校国际邮轮乘务管理专业毕业生从事海乘工作后的离职情况及各因素对其离职倾向的作用程度,通过问卷调查法进行数据收集,并运用SPSS软件进行数据分析。根据数据分析结果对高职国际邮轮乘务管理专业人才培养提出了培养多元专业能力、增进职业认知水平、做好职业生涯规划、培养吃苦耐劳精神等四点建议,以期为行业培养出高忠诚度、强稳定性的专业人才。 The high turnover rate of cruise service personnel has been a matter that troubles cruise enterprise managers.For colleges to cultivate industry professionals and develop the major,reducing the turnover rate and improving the stability of students'employment are very important indicators.In order to understand the turnover situation of graduates of international cruise crew management and the influence of various factors on turnover tendency,questionnaire survey method was adopted to collect data and SPSS software was used for data analysis.According to the results of data analysis,this paper puts forward four Suggestions for colleges on the talent cultivation of international cruise crew management,such as cultivating multiple professional abilities,improving occupational cognition,making career planning and cultivating hardworking spirit,so as to cultivate professionals with high loyalty and strong stability for the cruise industry.
