Discussion on the Problem of Adding Elevator in Existing Residential Buildings of Beijing

对北京市近几年电梯加装工作中发现的问题进行总结,从加装电梯的申报、安装、检验、使用等过程分别阐述了各阶段存在的问题,以期引起相关人员的重视,使北京市既有住宅加装电梯工作更好地开展起来。

Problems are summarized,which are found in elevator installation in recent years in Beijing.The problems existing in each stage from the process of declaration,installation,inspection and use of adding elevator are expounded to attract the attention of relevant personnels and to carry out the work better for adding elevators in existing buildings in Beijing.
