摘要
从线路和设备改造、通信方式选择和通信网络建设、配电网自动化管理系统优化整合3方面介绍了乌兰察布电业局凉城供电分局配电网自动化建设工作经验。在通信网络建设方面,引入信息点概念,便于通信材料、设备的统计确定;在光缆敷设施工过程中,使用光纤刨接熔接技巧,尽量减少光缆熔接点,降低光传输衰耗;在光缆网络建设中通过合理布置路径,绘制光网络拓扑图等,为光缆网络的后续拓展和运行维护奠定基础;管理方面,提出应及时健全机构设置和人员配置,专人负责配电网自动化的建设、运行、维护和管理等建议。
This paper introduces the work experience of the automation construction of distribution network in Liangcheng Branch of Ulanqab Electric Power Bureau from three aspects:the transformation of lines and equipment,the choice of communication mode and the construction of communication network,and the optimization and integration of the automation management system of distribution network.In the aspect of communication network construction,the concept of information point is introduced to facilitate the statistical determination of communication materials and equipment.In the process of laying the optical cable,the technique of optical fiber planning and welding is used to reduce the welding points of the optical cable as far as possible,so as to reduce the attenuation of optical transmission.In the optical cable network construction,through the reasonable layout of the path,and drawing the optical network topology,lay the foundation for the following expansion of optical cable network and operation maintenance;In terms of management,make suggestions that the establishment of institutions and personnel allocation should be improved timely,and special persons should be responsible for the construction,operation,maintenance and management of the distribution network automation.
