城市更新背景下电动自行车交通规划设计实践——基于街道空间考虑的交通安全提升策略

Practice of E-Bike Transport Planning and Design:Traffic Safety Enhancement Strategy Based on Street Space

近年来电动自行车在我国各城市飞速发展,在部分城市已经成为居民日常出行的首选交通方式。然而,由于电动自行车而引发的交通安全、交通秩序、交通管理方面的问题不断增多。文章结合我国现阶段城市更新的大背景,以街道空间为出发点,从城市交通设计的视角提出电动自行车交通安全的提升策略,并以海口三角池交通整治提升为例介绍在具体实践中的应对。

Electric bicycles have developed rapidly in cities of China,and in some cities they have become the preferred mode of traffic for residents'daily travel.However,safety,order,and management problems caused by electric bicycles are increasing.Based on the current background of urban renewal in China,this paper takes the street space as the starting point,proposes the improvement strategy of electric bicycle traffic safety from the perspective of urban traffic design,and uses Haikou Triangle Pool traffic improvement as an example to introduce specific case practices.
