浅谈上海郊区村庄道路建设和发展

Preliminary Discussion on Village Road Construction and Development of Shanghai Suburb

随着我国乡村振兴战略的提出,村庄的规划建设受到越来越多的关注。道路是村庄的骨架和肌理,承载着村庄的发展和未来,因此,村庄道路系统的建设是村庄规划建设的重中之重。村庄道路既不能照搬城市道路的模式,也不能完全参照公路体系,必须探索研究符合农村实际的村庄道路体系。该文通过调研总结分析了上海郊区村庄道路主要存在的问题及原因,从规划、设计、管理等角度作了初步探索,对村庄道路的目标定位、空间设计、管理体制建设等都提出了一些思考和建议。

With the national rural-revitalization policy,the planning and construction of village are attracting more and more attention.Road,as the skeleton and skin texture of village,bears the development and the future of village.Therefore,the construction of village road system is the key for the village planning and construction.Village roads cannot copy the pattern of urban road nor the highway system,and must explore the way suitable for the practice of suburb.This paper summarizes the key problems of village road in Shanghai suburbs,then makes the preliminary exploration from the aspects of planning,design,management.The author puts forward some thinking and suggestions for the planning,space design,and the management of village road.
