摘要 使用针刺非织造布、壳聚糖和麦卢卡蜂蜜开发出一款性能理想的生物活性复合创伤敷料。以黏胶和竹纤维非织造布作为辅助层,壳聚糖麦卢卡蜂蜜作为功能层,运用3种不同的方法,即薄膜、单面涂覆和浸渍干燥技术制备壳聚糖蜂蜜创伤敷料。对所有制备的敷料作为创伤敷料的有效性进行评估和表征。测试结果表明,几乎所有试样的质量和厚度都具有可比性。薄膜敷料显示出较高的透气量和透湿量,分别为55 cm^3/(cm^2·s)和1700 g/(m^2·d),其溶胀率为283%。使用浸渍干燥方法制备的敷料具有较好的抗微生物活性和更高的拉伸强度,但与薄膜敷料相比,其伸长率较低。由形貌观察可知,单面涂覆方法制备的试样涂层效果较差。因此,可得出结论:与单面涂覆法和浸渍干燥法制备的创伤敷料相比,薄膜法制备的创伤敷料具有较大的优势。 Focused on the development of bioactive composite wound dressings with desirable wound healing properties using needlepunched nonwovens,chitosan,and manuka honey.3 different methods using film,halftone,and dip and dry techniques,were devised to prepare chitosan-honey wound dressings with viscose and bamboo nonwovens as secondary layer and chitsoan-manuka honey as primary layer.All dressings prepared were evaluated for their effectiveness as wound dressing and characterized.The results indicate that the weight and thickness of almost all the samples are comparable.The film dressings showed a higher value of air permeability and water vapor transmission of 55 cm^3/(cm^2·s)and 1700 g/(m^2·d).The swelling ratio of film dressings was 283%.Even though dip and dry dressings showed better antimicrobial activity and higher tensile strength,their elongation is low compared to film dressings.Halftone treated samples show poor coating in the morphological observation.Hence,from the obtained results,it can be concluded that the film wound dressings show considerable advantage over halftone and dip and dry dressings.
