摘要
中国小型水库数量众多且多数位置偏远,给监测和管理等带来诸多不便。为提高小型水库群的管理水平,首先对其监测与管理特点进行梳理和总结,在此基础上构建了基于GIS的区域小型水库群移动智慧管理系统框架,并对该过程中的关键技术问题进行分析。最后以浙江省温岭市为例,研发了小型水库群移动智慧管理系统,利用该系统可实现工程信息查询、视频监控以及监测数据的实时监测与分析,利用该系统可及时、准确地掌握各水库的实时动态情况,为提高小型水库管理水平和决策提供科学依据。
In China,there are many small reservoirs located in remote areas,which brings a lot of inconvenience for reservoir safety monitoring and management.In order to improve the management level of small reservoir group,this paper firstly collates and summarizes the monitoring and management characteristics of small reservoir group,and then constructs a mobile intelligent management system framework for regional small reservoir group based on GIS and analyzes,the key technologies in the constructing process,finally taking the small reservoir group in Wenling City,Zhejiang Province as an example,develops a mobile intelligent management system of the small reservoir group.Through this system,the engineering information query,video monitoring and real-time monitoring and analysis of monitoring data can all be realized,and the real-time dynamic situation of each reservoir can be mastered in a timely and accurate way,to provide scientific basis for improving the management level and decision-making of small reservoirs.
