超高强度钢在汽车底盘零部件中的设计应用 被引量:7

摘要 在汽车底盘零部件轻量化设计过程中,通过轻量化解决方案中的新材料应用和结构优化设计两个主要途径进行研究,以汽车底盘前悬摆臂轻量化设计为例,在同等工况条件下,一方面提出了采用高强度钢和超高强度钢的材料应用方案;另一方面提出以结构优化设计的双片扣合式和单片式的结构方式进行结构设计,建立高强度钢与双片扣合式、超高强度钢与单片式数学仿真模型。然后采用CAE方法对前悬摆臂L1、L2级工况进行分析对比。仿真结果表明:采用超高强度钢与单片式方案比高强度钢与双片扣合式方案具有更好的结构优化空间,更好体现出零部件薄壁化、中空化、小型化、复合化。采用超高强度钢方案轻量化方案较高强度钢减轻21%,轻量化解决方案效果明显。 In the process of lightweight design of automotive chassis components,the application of new materials in lightweight solutions and structural optimization design are studied.Taking the lightweight design of front cantilever of automotive chassis as an example,under the same working conditions,on the one hand,the material of using high strength steel and ultra-high strength steel is proposed.On the other hand,it is proposed that the structural design should be carried out in the way of double-slice fastening and single-slice fastening,and the mathematical simulation models of high strength steel and double-slice fastening,ultra-high strength steel and single-slice are established.Then the CAE method is used to analyze and compare the L1 and L2 working conditions of the front cantilever.The simulation results show that the ultra-high strength steel and monolithic scheme have better structure optimization space than the high strength steel and double-piece buckle scheme,and better reflect the thin-walled,hollow,miniaturized and composite parts.The lightweight scheme of ultra-high strength steel is 21%less than that of high strength steel,and the lightweight solution has obvious effect.
