摘要
文章针对某悬架K&C特性试验台六自由度测量机构进行研究,以测量机构中六个角度编码器的转角值作为输入,推导出轮心坐标、车轮外倾角、前束角、滚动角的理论算法,将仿真结果与理论算法结果进行对比,验证了该测量机构的准确性,可为实际工程问题提供参考。
In this paper,the 6 DOF measuring mechanism of a suspension K&C characteristic test rig is studied.Using the angle value of the six angle encoders in the measuring mechanism as input,the theoretical algorithm of wheel center coordinates,wheel camber angle,toe angle and roll angle is derived.The simulation results are compared with the theoretical algorithm results.The accuracy of the measuring mechanism can provide a reference for practical engineering problems.
