摘要
在《中国制造2025》中关于汽车发展的整体规划中强调了轻量化是节能和新能源汽车的核心技术,新材料和新技术的推广应用是汽车轻量化领域的重点工作之一。铝合金是一种综合性能优异的轻质材料,车身轻量化设计非常理想的材料。文章重点介绍了铝合金零件关键制造技术在轻量化车身中的应用,包括真空压铸、型材挤压和板材冲压成形技术。
Lightweight is the core technology of energy-saving and new energy vehicle,is emphasized in the overall plan for automotive development in“Made in China 2025”,the promotion and application of new materials and technologies is one of the key tasks in the field of automotive lightweight.Aluminum is an excellent lightweight material for automotive body design.This article focuses on the application of key manufacturing technologies for aluminum alloy parts in light-weight bodywork,including vacuum die casting,profile extrusion and sheet stamping.
