随着居民生活水平的提高,汽车的使用及拥有量也在日益增加,人们对于汽车的性能要求逐年提高。目前国内外汽车厂商均致力于研究汽车的舒适性能,而汽车雨刮器靠近驾驶室,是驾驶员的好帮手,如果在设计及制造有缺陷的话,可能会导致噪音、刮不净、异响甚至安全等问题,因此,对雨刮器产生故障的机理及原因进行分析,从而进行故障诊断是非常有必要的。

With the improvement of living standards,the use and ownership of cars are increasing.And people's requirements for performance of automobiles are increasing year by year.At present,automobile manufacturers in domestic and foreign are committed to studying the comfort performance of automobiles.Car wiper is a good helper for drivers,for they are near the cab.If there are many defects in the design and manufacture,it may lead to noise,scraping,and even safety issues.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the fault mechanism and cause of the failure of the wiper steamer and to diagnose the fault.
