班主任是学校德育工作的主要执行者,是学生成长路上的重要他人。伴随着教育的大众化,技工院校的生源结构发生了变化,建设一支素质优良,专业过硬的班主任队伍,对于提高技工院校办学的吸引力具有举足轻重的位置。文章在阐述技工院校班主任队伍建设重要性的基础上,分析当前技工院校班主任队伍建设的现状,并在此基础,结合自身的体会就技工院校班主任队伍建设提出了具体建议。

The head teacher is the main executor of school moral education and the important other on the way of students'growth.With the popularization of education,the source structure of students in technical colleges has changed.Building a team of excellent quality and professional head teachers plays an important role in improving the attraction of technical colleges.On the basis of expounding the importance of the construction of the team of head teachers in technical colleges,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of the team of head teachers in technical colleges,and on this basis,combined with their own experience,puts forward specific suggestions for the construction of the team of head teachers in technical colleges.
