This paper takes the second-hand car employment studio as an example,combined with the talent training mode of the combination order of the employment studio of small and micro enterprises,and expounds the establishment,training objectives,specific implementation,assessment and evaluation of the studio,so as to meet the real-time needs of the industry and further broaden the scope of school-enterprise cooperation.
