摘要
日本的稻盛和夫被称企业界的经营之神,阿米巴经营模式是他在企业经营中自己总结的管理经验和方法,他的这个管理经验和方法助推了无数企业创造了由亏损转为盈利的神话。国内企业负责人常常感到自己非常忙,企业管理人员的思想跟不上自己。自己也非常的渴望有许多像自己一样的经营意识的员工去公司各个岗位上去,从而实现公司快速发展及盈利。其实这种方式就是阿米巴经营模式,把公司细分成所谓“阿米巴”的最小单元集体,从组织内部选拔出阿米巴领导,并给予授权,从而培养出具有真正经营者意识的管理人员。
