摘要
新型城镇化PPP项目在我国新型城镇化建设中起到重要作用,项目中投资回报是决定项目发展顺利程度的关键因素。通过分析我国新型城镇化PPP项目在构建合理的投资回报机制中需注意的内容,提出相应的完善建议,旨在构建能实现参与新型城镇化PPP项目的政府、社会资本和公众各方利益共赢的投资回报机制。
PPP projects play an important role in Chinese new urbanization construction,and the return on investment in PPP projects determines the success of the projects development.This paper researches the subjects that need to be emphasized in the process of establishing the appropriate return on investment mechanism of PPP projects in new urbanization,and then sets up the related suggestions.The research can be used to establish the return on investment mechanism in PPP projects of new urbanization to realize the win-win situation between government,private sectors and users.
