A Study on the Innovation Development of Traditional Enterprises Driven by the Sharing Economy

如何利用共享经济促进自身的发展是传统企业面临的一个重要问题。给合相关文献进行传统企业的共享需求与供给分析,提出传统企业参与共享的适应性创新模型。研究表明,传统企业应加强运营管理的共享创新,利用自己的优势资源进行共享商业模式创新,积极应对产生的共享问题,协调传统业务与共享业务的共同发展,可采取C2C、B2C、C2B、B2B共享形式,以正式或非正式途径,通过简单共享、嵌入共享、融合共享进行共享业务创新。

It is an important problem for the traditional enterprises to use the sharing economy to promote their own development.Together with relevant literature,this paper analyzes the sharing demand and supply of the traditional enterprises,and puts forward an adaptive innovation pattern for the traditional enterprises’participation of sharing economy.It is drawn that traditional enterprises should strengthen sharing innovation of operation and management,take advantage of preponderant resources to carry out business model innovation to cope with the sharing problems,coordinate the development of traditional business and sharing business,and with the pattern of C2C,B2C,C2B,B2B,may either take the simple model,the embedded model or the fused model to launch out the innovation of sharing business by means of formal or informal paths.
