产业集群国际化能力评价研究

Research into the Evaluation of Industrial Cluster Internationalization Capability

通过对产业集群国际化的界定、产业集群国际化发展模型和产业集群国际化能力形成机理的系统分析,发现评价产业集群国际化能力需要将定性分析和定量分析相结合。因此,在对产业集群国际化潜力识别、产业集群国际化发展基础性指标进行描述性分析基础上,构建产业集群国际化4个定量指标,并引入产业集群国际化能力指数,可对不同产业集群国际化能力进行定量比较分析。这在一定程度上弥补了当前学术界对产业集群国际化能力评价的滞后和不足。

Through the definition of the internationalization of industrial clusters,the development model of the internationalization of industrial clusters and the systematic analysis of the formation mechanism of the internationalization ability of industrial clusters,the paper finds that the evaluation of the internationalization ability of industrial clusters requires the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Therefore,on the basis of the descriptive analysis of the identification of the internationalization potential of industrial clusters and the basic indicators of the internationalization development of industrial clusters,four quantitative indicators of the internationalization of industrial clusters are constructed,and the internationalization capability index of industrial clusters is introduced to make a quantitative comparative analysis of the internationalization capability of different industrial clusters.This,to some extent,makes up for the lag and shortage in the evaluation of the internationalization ability of industrial clusters.
