语文课程内容构建的国外借鉴与启示——语文课程内容建设论略之四

缺乏具体、明确与系统的课程内容,是制约语文课程发展与提高的根本性问题。分析和借鉴美国、英国、韩国、日本等国母语课程标准对母语课程内容的实际构建,对我国语文课程内容建设具有多方面的积极借鉴与启示价值。语文课程内容建设中,应确立以汉语言字为圆心、以听说读写四个基本领域能力为核心、以听说读写四领域的知识特别是程序性知识为重心的认识与实践导向,促进学生语文能力的发展与语文素养的养成。

The lack of specific,clear and systematic curriculum content is the fundamental problem that restricts the development and improvement of Chinese curriculum.To analyze and reference the mother tongue curriculum standards of USA,UK,the republic of Korea,Japan and other countries,it has positive reference and enlightenment value to the actual construction of mother curriculum content and construction of Chinese curriculum content.In the content construction of Chinese curriculum,it is necessary to establish the understanding and practice orientation that takes Chinese characters as the center,and listening,speaking,reading and writing four basic areas as the core,listening,speaking,reading and writing four areas of knowledge,especially procedural knowledge as the focus,so as to promote the development of students'Chinese ability and the cultivation of Chinese quality.
