摘要
无机改性固化剂(CASH)是一种以纳米硅粉和胶凝材料为主要组分,复合碱性助剂、增凝助剂的潮湿环境遗址土固化剂。基于南方潮湿环境土遗址的水文位置、天然土样基本性能以及现场保护情况,研究不同类型固化剂、掺量等因素对遗址土固化的作用效应,探究了无机改性固化剂在潮湿环境土遗址中修复的可行性。研究结果表明,掺入PS(高模数硅酸钾溶液)能够改善遗址土的力学性能,但组分较为单一且早期固化性能与渗透能力较差;掺入无机改性材料能在潮湿环境土遗址修复中起到更好的效果,在成分上含Si,Al,Ca等多种元素,与遗址原土的成分更为接近,实际应用中不改变土体原有性质;无机改性材料掺入量在10%~15%的范围内,掺入比越高,土体性能指标的增幅效果越明显,具有一定的应用研究价值。
Inorganic nano-modified curing agent(CASH)is a moist environment-reinforcing soil hardening agent which uses nano-silica powder and cementitious materials as the main component,and is supplemented with alkaline auxiliaries and agglomeration auxiliaries.Based on the hydrological location of the wet soil sites in the south,the basic properties of natural soil samples and the site protection,this paper studies the macroscopic effects of different types of curing agents and different dosage of curing agents on the solidification of the site soil,and explores the feasibility of repairing wet soil sites.The results show that the inorganic incorporation of PS(high modulus potassium silicate solution)modified curing agent can improve the mechanical properties of the site soil,but the composition is relatively simple and the early curing performance and permeability are poor;the incorporation of inorganic modified materials can have a better effect in the repair of wet environment soil sites.It contains Si,Al,Ca and other elements in the composition,which is closer to the soil of the moist soil sites.The original properties of the soil are not changed in practical applications.The experimental results show that the inorganic modified materials are in the range of 10%~15%,the higher the blending ratio,the more obvious the increase effect of various performance indexes,and it has certain application research value.
