摘要
为了解存余治理工程前增设通风预处理措施对垃圾后续机械分选效益的影响,对华北某市郊区非正规垃圾填埋场治理施工的现场进行8周堆体和机械分选线各出口垃圾采样分析得出,经原位通风预处理处理的垃圾,其含水率和有机质含量明显降低,分别降低了28%和61.3%;与未经事前处理的垃圾对比,直接上料后垃圾分选效率提升30.2%,分选后的3类物料含杂率均明显减少;同时恶臭气体得到明显改善;科学地应用可缩短施工工期和工程成本;提高垃圾筛分物料质量的同时,降低施工二次污染。
In order to understand the effect of ventilation pretreatment measures in residual garbage governance project on the subsequent mechanical separation benefits of waste.An 8-week sampling analysis of the waste at the site of informal landfill construction in the suburbs of a city in north China shows that the moisture content and organic matter content of the waste treated by in-situ ventilation are significantly reduced by 28%and 61.3%,respectively.Compared with the waste without prior treatment,the sorting efficiency of the waste increased by 30.2%after direct feeding,the impurity content of three types of material is reduced significantly,at the same time,the malodorous gas was obviously improved.Scientific application can shorten the construction period and cost,improve the quality of waste screening materials and reduce the secondary pollution of construction.
