摘要
邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物被作为增塑剂广泛使用在塑料制品行业中,因其容易从各类塑料制品中逸出,已成为环境中被检测到的持久性有机污染物质之一,且对各类动植物具有内分泌干扰效应及生殖毒性。对国内外生态环境中邻苯二甲酸酯类污染的现状相关文献进行归纳总结,探讨邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物对生态环境及人类健康可能造成的威胁,以期为进一步研究邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物污染的生态学效应和人类健康损害的防治提供参考。
Because phthalates(PAEs)are widely used as plasticizers in industrial production and are easily escaped from various plastic products,PAEs have become one of the most frequently detected persistent organic pollutants in the ecological environment.In addition,the exposure of PAEs will also affect the endocrine and reproductive health of various animals and plants.The purpose of this review is to summarize the current situation of PAEs pollution in unnatural and natural environments at home and abroad,and to summarize the possible threats to the ecological environment and human health caused by PAEs pollution.In order to provide reference for the further study of the ecological effects of PAEs and the prevention of human health damage.
