大连市中心区道路交通声环境监测点位优化调整

依据《环境噪声监测技术规范城市声环境常规监测》(HJ 640—2012),结合大连市地方法规并综合考虑道路使用功能、规模、车流量等影响道路交通声环境的各类要素,制定了大连市中心区道路交通声环境监测点位优化调整技术路线。经过初步和深度优化,在满足技术规范要求的前提下,全面、客观、准确地反映了大连市不同道路交通噪声排放特征,如实反映了大连市中心区道路交通声环境质量状况。

Based on the Environmental Noise Monitoring Specification-City Noise Routine Monitoring(HJ 640-2012),combined with the local laws of Dalian and considering the various factors influencing the traffic noise such as road functions and scales,the traffic flow rate,the optimized technical scheme of the traffic noise monitoring points in central area of Dalian is constituted.After preliminary and further optimized,and on the premise of meeting the requirements of technical specifications,the traffic noise characteristics of different roads in Dalian as well as the traffic noise situations in the central area of Dalian have been reflected comprehensively and accurately.
