中蒙俄经济走廊向朝鲜半岛延伸的必要性——兼论走廊延伸的路径选择

On the Necessity of the Extension of China-Russia-Mongolia Economic Corridor to Korean Peninsula-With a Discussion about Route Selection

朝鲜半岛因其特殊的地理位置一直是东北亚区域政治、经济、文化等多重利益交汇点。然而出于政治、安全等因素考量,“一带一路”倡议未将朝鲜半岛纳入重点合作区域。未来随着政治环境的改善,将中蒙俄经济走廊建设延伸到朝鲜半岛,具有政治外交、经济合作、地区安全等多方面现实和战略意义。期待借助共建“一带一路”的契机,加快推进中蒙俄经济走廊向朝鲜半岛延伸,及早构建“中朝俄”经济圈,打通通向朝鲜半岛的交通要道。

Due to its special geographical location,the Korean Peninsula has always been the meeting point of multiple interests in Northeast Asia,such as politics,economy,and culture.However,the Korean Peninsula is not included in key cooperation areas of"The Belt and Road"Initiative(BRI)for political and security reasons.With the improvement of the political environment in the future,extending the construction of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor to the Korean Peninsula has practical and strategic significance in aspects of political diplomacy,economic cooperation,and regional security.We should take advantage of the opportunity of jointly building of the BRI to accelerate the extension of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor to the Korean Peninsula,build a China-Korean-Russian Economic Circle as soon as possible,and open up main traffic routes to the Korean Peninsula.
