摘要 合成低变炉催化剂更换至今已用3a。通过对催化剂各指标参数分析,判定催化剂已进入运行末期。如继续使用,将导致经济性大幅下降,能耗大幅增加,后系统催化剂使用寿命大幅缩短,装置将无法长周期安稳运行。因此,主要分析了低变催化剂运行末期对装置的影响。 It has been used for 3 years since the catalyst of the synthetic low-conversion furnace was replaced.By analyzing the parameters of the catalyst,it is determined that the catalyst has entered the final stage of operation.If it continues to be used,it will result in a significant reduction in economic efficiency,a significant increase in energy consumption,and a significant reduction in the service life of the system catalyst,and the unit will not be able to operate stably for a long period of time.The effect of low-variation catalyst at the end of operation on the unit was analyzed.
