摘要
随着我国经济的发展,国家对原油的需求量和消耗量越来越大。传统以铁路运输为主的输油方式效率低下,难以满足我国发展的基本需求。此外,采油技术的进步使得油田产量飞速提升,传统的输油方式难以满足油田的发展需求。在这种背景下,管道运输技术得到了广泛运用。在采用管道运输时,通常采用动态计量法,原油输差的产生与计量方法的选择关系密切。就原油输差产生的原因进行详细论述,探索可行性方案,力求最大限度降低管道原油输送的输差。
With the development of China’s economy,the country’s demand for and consumption of crude oil are increasing.The traditional oil transportation method mainly based on railway transportation is inefficient and it is difficult to meet the basic needs of China’s development.In addition,advances in oil recovery technology have resulted in a rapid increase in oil field production,and traditional oil delivery methods have been difficult to meet the development needs of oil fields.In this context,pipeline transportation technology has been widely used.When pipeline transportation is used,dynamic measurement is usually used.The production of crude oil is closely related to the choice of measurement method.The reasons for the crude oil transport differential are discussed in detail,and a feasibility plan is explored to try to minimize the crude oil transport differential.
