摘要
原油的生产是我国制造石油的重要手段。而一般来说,化工厂在进行炼油工作时,都要使用相应的化工设备来对原油进行有效的储存,并在此基础上加以一系列有效的提纯等操作,才能够使之成为能够为生产和生活提供能量的石油。而在这一过程当中,一旦相应的化工设备遭到原材料的腐蚀,就很有可能导致严重的泄漏问题,从而对化工设备整体的有效运行和生产过程的安全性造成不容忽视的负面影响。主要探究炼油化工设备经常面临的腐蚀问题,并以此为出发点,提出一系列有效的防腐蚀管理方法。
The production of crude oil is an important means to produce oil,a living and military resource in China.Generally speaking,when the chemical plant is carrying out the refining work,it is necessary to use the corresponding chemical equipment to effectively store the crude oil,and on this basis,a series of effective purification and other operations can make it become the stone oil that can provide energy for production and life.In this process,once the corresponding chemical equipment is corroded by raw materials,it is likely to lead to serious leakage problems,which will have a negative impact on the overall effective operation of chemical equipment and the safety of production process.On this basis,this paper attempts to explore the corrosion problems of refining and chemical equipment,and based on this,puts forward a series of effective anti-corrosion management methods,hoping to contribute to the improvement of the level of refining and chemical industry in China.
