摘要
在用压力容器长期在高温、高压的环境下运行,工作条件苛刻,极易出现裂纹缺陷。裂纹的出现势必会造成压力容器大的安全隐患,应正确认识裂纹的分类、产生机理,及时发现存在的裂纹隐患问题,分析形成裂纹的原因,制定出相应的维护措施,保障压力容器安全有效的运行。
When the pressure vessel is used for a long time under high temperature and high pressure environment,the working conditions are harsh and crack defects are prone to occur.The occurrence of cracks will inevitably cause a large potential safety hazard for pressure vessels.Correctly understand the classification and generation mechanism of cracks,timely discover the existing problems of crack hazards,analyze the causes of crack formation,and formulate corresponding maintenance measures to ensure the safe and effective operation of pressure vessels.
