Hazard Identification and Control in Chemical Process Safety Design

化工行业是我国工业建设中的重要组成部分,伴随我国化工行业的不断进步,其对我国经济建设做出的贡献也越来越突出。由于化工行业的特殊性,导致其生产环节存在一定的危险因素,如果没有对化工工艺进行科学的安全设计和应用,将会为后续的生产工作埋下较大的安全隐患。鉴于此,首先分析了化工工艺设计中对危险因素识别和控制的必要性,然后分析了化工行业存在的危险因素,最后对具体的化工工艺安全设计措施进行了研究。

The chemical industry is an important part of China’s industrial construction.With the continuous progress of China’s chemical industry,its contribution to China’s economic construction has become increasingly prominent.Due to the special nature of the chemical industry,there are certain dangerous factors in its production.If scientific safety design and application of the chemical process are not carried out,it will lay a greater safety hazard for subsequent production work.In view of this,the article first analyzes the necessity of identifying and controlling dangerous factors in chemical process design,then analyzes the dangerous factors existing in the chemical industry,and finally studies the specific chemical process safety design measures.
