多肽合成车间工程设计

摘要 多肽药泛指2~100个氨基酸经肽键连接形成的化合物药物,具有生物活性高、特异性强、副作用小等特点。多肽药物的制备主要有化学合成、基因重组及天然提取三种方法,其中固相化学合成多肽技术拥有产率佳、纯度高、质量稳定、环境友好等优势,被广泛应用于3~50个序列的多肽原料药生产。主要就固相化学合成多肽法生产车间工程设计进行探讨。 Polypeptide drugs generally refer to compound drugs formed by 2-100 amino acids connected by peptide bonds,which have the characteristics of high biological activity,strong specificity,and small side effects.The preparation of peptide drugs mainly includes three methods:chemical synthesis,genetic recombination and natural extraction.Among them,solid-phase chemical synthesis peptide technology has the advantages of good yield,high purity,stable quality,and environmental friendliness.It is widely used in 3-50 sequences.Production of peptide bulk drugs.This article discusses the solid-phase chemical synthesis peptide production workshop.
